Simplicity Vintage Sewing Pattern: Very loose fitting top stitched shirt with front button closing has collar, yoke, extended shoulders and long sleeves gathered to buttoned cuffs. V1 cut of two layers of organza has contrast yoke, collar, cuffs, and pocket flaps. V1 and 3 have patch pockets. Longer length V3 has shirttail hem. Camisole has shoulder straps and back elastic casing.
