Linda Evans McCall's Vintage Sewing Pattern: Back buttoned blouse is gathered to self lined shoulder yokes, has stand up collar with bias ruffle, shoulder pads and separate tie; very full sleeves have center pleats, gathered cap with sleeve head and gathered lower edge with narrow buttoned cuffs and bias ruffle. Straight legged pants have fly front zipper, front pleats, inset pockets and waistband with belt carriers.
