Simplicity Vintage Sewing Pattern: Top stitched blouse gathered to yoke has extended shoulders, front button closing and stand up collar. V 1-2 have below elbow length set in sleeves. V 1 has winged sleeves gathered to buttoned sleeve bands. V 2 has hemmed sleeves. Sleeveless V 3 has elastic casing at lower edge.
Size 12. Pattern has been neatly cut and folded. The elastic guide for view 3 is torn and 1 tissue is taped. Dated 1977, envelope VG.
