Simplicity 1970 Vintage Sewing Pattern: V 1slared skirt stitched to yoke has elastic waistline casing, and button and top stitching trim. The flared gored skirt V 2 has elastic waist. Pantskirt (skooter) V 3 with side zipper closing and elastic encased in back of waistband features a line detachable bib. This pattern is so cute, the bib gives the look of a jumper.
