V 3 with ruffled detachable train of dress fabric has contrasting yoke and sleeves and purchased appliques. V 4/5 have sweetheart neckline and short puff sleeves gathered with elastic casing forming self ruffle.
Size 16. Dated 1975. This pattern is partially cut, neatly folded, envelope is very nice, with a small amount of tearing at the opening.
