Simplicity Vintage Sewing Pattern: Ruffled shawl, lined cape and jacket. Ankle length cape has side front and back seaming, band collar and frog closure. Jacket has long dolman sleeves and shaped hem. Self line shall has bias ruffle. Very Easy!
