Simplicity 1963 Sewing Pattern: Blouse has high neckline, front button closing, set-in sleeves, and side slits. Sleeves in V. 1 are 3/4 and in V. 2 and 3 they roll up as cuffs. V. 1 pants are long, V. 3 short. V. 2 wrap-around skirt has two shaped pockets.
