New York vintage mail order pattern 1968: for tall brimmed pillbox style hat and drawstring bag. The hat is 3 sizes - also includes transfers for embroidery designs. If you're not familiar with the NY patterns -these were mail order patterns, and are printed on tracing paper in blue, instructions are on the same pages as the patterns. The pattern pieces for the hat have been cut. All pieces are in excellent condition. Envelope is very good, light tanning from age, as you can see the image of the included designs was pasted over another image (done by the factory)
