Simplicity Vintage Sewing Pattern: Button front shirts gathered to yoke have notched collar and optional patch pocket. V1 has long set in sleeves gathered to button cuffs. V2 has short sleeves with tuck detail. V3 has self banded extended shoulders. V4 is sleeveless.
