Simplicity Henry Grethel Vintage Sewing Pattern: Loose fitting top stitched shirt with front button closing, has collar and band, yoke, extended shoulders and shirt tail hem. V1 has patch pockets with flaps and long sleeves pleated to button cuffs. V2 has buttoned patch pockets and elbow length sleeves. V1 or V2 sleeves are rolled up. Tapered pants and cuffed shorts, without waistband have yoke and pockets with pleat detail, fly front zipper and carriers.
